How your report is handled
Every report — anonymous or identified — moves through the same accountable process.
1. Submitted
Your report is received and queued for review.
2. Triaged
The compliance team reviews and categorizes your report.
3. In Progress
An investigator, free of any conflict of interest, is assigned.
4. Resolved
The investigation concludes and an outcome is recorded.
Two additional statuses appear when relevant: Action Pending (we're waiting on your response) and Closed (no further action).
Field-level AES-256 encryption
Report details and every message are encrypted before they ever reach the database.
Zero IP logging on the anonymous route
No IP address, device fingerprint, or tracking cookie is captured — structurally, not by policy.
Automatic conflict-of-interest routing
Reports naming a department are automatically routed away from investigators in that department.
